These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the SnapVix platform ("Platform", "Service"), operated by SnapVix ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Image protection & anti-piracy

  • Photos, previews, and product mockups displayed on the Platform are protected and watermarked with identifying information (including viewer name, email, timestamp, and order/session reference).
  • Unauthorized screenshotting, screen recording, downloading, sharing, resale, AI-based watermark/logo removal or "cleaning", or any other redistribution of images is strictly prohibited.
  • Legal action may be taken against any user or third party found to be misusing, pirating, scraping, or leaking images or other content from the Platform.
  • All images remain the protected intellectual property of their respective owners (schools, students/parents, or photographers) and/or the Company, as applicable.

2. Account suspension & termination

  • The Company may suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, at its sole discretion, including for suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify pricing, policies, storage limits, access, features, and services at any time, without prior notice.

3. Liability

  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, downtime, data loss, or misuse of the Platform by third parties.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability under any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited.

4. Consent & communications

By using the Platform, you consent to secure processing of your data and to receive digital communications (including email and, where applicable, SMS/WhatsApp) related to your account, orders, and service updates.

5. School & parent responsibilities

Schools are responsible for obtaining all required permissions and consents from parents and students before uploading or publishing photos on the Platform.

6. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are governed solely by the Company's and/or the relevant school's refund policy in effect at the time of the order.

7. Prohibited activity

Automated scraping, use of bots, attempts to bypass security or access controls, bulk downloading, and reverse engineering of the Platform or its content are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

8. Ownership

The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform's technology, branding, workflows, and infrastructure. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such rights to you.

9. Changes to these Terms

The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Waiver

Users waive any claims arising from use of the Platform outside of its intended behavior, including attempts to circumvent security, copy protection, or access controls.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by, and any disputes arising from them shall be resolved under, the laws and jurisdiction applicable to the Company's place of registration, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
