• School/student linkage information used to grant access to the correct photo albums.
• Order and payment information processed via our payment provider.
• Usage data such as login timestamps, device/session information, and pages visited, used for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use information

• To operate the Platform, fulfil orders, and provide customer support.
• To apply per-viewer watermarks (name, email, timestamp, order/session reference) to protect images from unauthorized redistribution.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, scraping, and unauthorized access.
• To send account, order, and service-related communications.

3. Image & content protection

Photos displayed on the Platform are watermarked and protected with anti-copy measures. See our Terms & Conditions for the rules governing use of this content.

4. Data security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, signed session tokens) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and the Company is not liable for data loss or unauthorized access resulting from factors outside its reasonable control.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the Platform (e.g. hosting, payments, email delivery) and as required by law.

6. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us through the support page or by emailing snapvix@zohomail.com, subject to our legitimate business and legal retention requirements.

7. Children's data

Student photos and related data are uploaded by schools, which are responsible for obtaining the required parental/guardian consent before publishing such content on the Platform.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
