About SnapVix

Built for schools and studios, with student privacy as a first principle

SnapVix is built by a small team focused on one problem: school and event photography workflows are still mostly manual, and the photos involved are of children — which means privacy can't be an afterthought.

Capture to checkout, one platform

School and event photography today usually means juggling a camera workflow, a separate ordering system, and manual photo-to-student matching. SnapVix exists to make that one connected flow — a photographer shoots, photos are sorted and matched automatically, and parents order directly.

Privacy-first by default, not as an afterthought

These are photos of children. We built SnapVix's AI features to never run facial recognition or store biometric data — student matching works through access codes and QR-based methods instead. Photos and personal data are automatically deleted from our servers once each order window closes.

Built with schools and studios, not just for them

Every feature — from the live match-review dashboard photographers see on-site, to the parent gallery experience — comes from watching how schools and studios actually run a shoot and fixing the friction we saw.
